Mentoring and coaching is a two-way relationship, usually developing into a longer-term commitment on both sides to achieve your goals. Think sports coach, in a business setting. These aims are defined at the start before the program begins. It is important that expectations are clear on both sides and there is a ‘fit’ between us.
My role is to listen actively, question, and provide potential solutions or options and information to enhance your thought process.
Short-term and long-term goals determined at the outset will be measured and checked for success and progress. The journey plan is as important as the proposed destination.
I am a qualified coach and a member of the following professional bodies:
