Where did it all go right?
I am an ILM Qualified Coach but the sales department is where I started. As my career evolved I found I had a particular skill in developing people and helping them achieve their potential.
I rose through the ranks to MD and CEO, running companies with over 400 people and a £50 million turnover. At the age of 39, I had a light bulb moment and decided to work for myself. I have owned, run, and sold several companies, some great, some okay, and some I was happy to see the back of. This real-world experience helps me to support my clients.
My career has taken me through many industries including banking, print media, digital media, engineering, champagne importing, video producing, and today - right here, right now...I am a coach and mentor who would like to support you on your journey.
